● Can I track my order online ?

● How long will we ship the order to you ?

● Can I offer the UPS DHL or TNT for expedite the shipping ?
Of course we can.But you need to pay the extra shipping fee
if you want to use those carriers.It will take much more shipping fee

return us the unbroken goods as well as the outer package .We cant
accept the return if the resend goods are in defective condition.such as
the goods without the products tags or damaged tags or without
resending the outer package.
● You must return the products within seven
days of receipt for exchange or refund. You must send your returned
package via courier at your own expense and provide us with a tracking
number in order for a refund/replacement to be issued.
● We
do not charge a restocking fee but in such cases, we lose the cost of
the initial shipping to you and therefore, we can not pay for shipping
both ways. Refunds are made in the Credit card or other payment and may
take up to seven business days to process after we receive the tracking
number for the returned goods.
