 Can I track my order online ?

You may track your order by accessing your online account and viewing the order status. Once your order has been shipped, a Shipping Confirmation email will be sent to you with the name of the carrier and the tracking number. You can use this information to track your order via the carriers tracking site.

 How long will we ship the order to you ?

Firstly,after we recieve your payment ,we need to check out your shipping address and order detail as well as the packing with You.Then comes the time of delivery.As usual ,the delivery time will be 7-12 days or so.

 Can I offer the UPS DHL or TNT for expedite the shipping ?

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please follow the guidelines detailed below and we will be happy to help you to return your purchase.

Please return us the unbroken goods as well as the outer package .We cant accept the return if the resend goods are in defective condition.such as the goods without the products tags or damaged tags or without resending the outer package.

 You must return the products within seven days of receipt for exchange or refund. You must send your returned package via courier at your own expense and provide us with a tracking number in order for a refund/replacement to be issued.

 We do not charge a restocking fee but in such cases, we lose the cost of the initial shipping to you and therefore, we can not pay for shipping both ways. Refunds are made in the Credit card or other payment and may take up to seven business days to process after we receive the tracking number for the returned goods.
